They worked with over a couple days do to a software issue on their server side payment system. Had to use Paypal in the end. I sent in a question about the gold sword having a chain and the silver sword did not. I sited that other silver swords listed on their site have silver chains. Nothing was heard back. Been 1.5 months.

Very nice Jingum, everything solid and well packaged. Simple and functional sword for awesome cutting. It came sharp, although I had to remove a small burr at some parts of the blade. After this (only a few minutes job), it got scary sharp. Can only recommend it.

The item I ordered was not the product delivered. The item I ordered was a Mastiff Tactical pistol case with logo. The product delivered was without the logo. I chose not to return the item. Hopefully, SwordNArmory will be more attentive to the item(s) ordered... and the product(s) shipped. Thank you.
