Beautiful sword, especially for the price. Five stars reserved for the swords that are among the finest in the world, but I'd give these 4.5 stars just based on value alone.

I love the designs, they are super sturdy. I just wish a couple of the others were in stock.

In general good, but two challenges (though I realize either might not be fully in your control): 1) FedEx Shipping in my rural area has a lot of problems. If the driver doesn't get an immediate answer, they just leave with the package -- even when dropping at a FedERx Ground approved holding store. I have had shipments from you delayed for several days trying to sort through these challenges. 2) Several of the items I want have not been available through you in MANY months. I know Supply Chain issues are happening everywhere, but this seems a little excessive. And at least one of the items I have gotten suddenly doubled in price, where a similar item did not, and that just seems strange.

My order went well overall. The products were excellent but two things keep me from giving a five star rating. 1. An incorrect item was shipped to me. I let customer service know and they asked me to return the item. I was happy to do so, but let them know that I preferred USPS as it's closer to my house. They sent a FedEx label, so I had to travel farther just to return something that was sent by their mistake in the first place. No thank you, no nothing. I even had to go to FedEx twice because their scanner didn't work so I had to return home to print out the label. 2. My items were shipped via FedEx requiring a signature. I have no desire to sit at home all day to wait for a package. Give the option to forego signatures. That said, the items themselves were excellent, as I stated. The pricing was competitive and the quality of the items was great.

Pricing wasn't as advertised. Other than that shipping was timely and product is as advertised.
