8 hours a day, 5 days a week of sitting at my desk would have eventually killed me. This gets me up and standing AND moving. The desk looks great, feels well-built and quality, and has exceeded my expectations. My only comment would be that it shakes a bit too much when walking - it needs something more to brace it (although considering it's an adjustable desk, I don't know how that could be done). But otherwise, I have no regrets in purchasing this. Customer service was prompt and courteous.

We have had treadmills for years -- nice ones, in the $1000 price range. The great thing about the LifeSpan is that it is quiet. You have to walk -- you can't run on it -- but really, who wants to RUN on a treadmill? I can stroll along for an hour, reading, doing email, or whatever. And instead of looking like it belongs on the set of cheap Star Trek knock-off, is looks like a piece of furniture.

We finally have a spare key for the walking workstation. It works great. It would have been really appreciated to be forewarned about the C.O.D. 37$ import fee to Canada, though!
