No shipping. No customer service. No bike. I think I got ripped off.

I ordered it end of January, still it isn't delivered. because out of stok...:-(

I ordered TWO sets of 197/12mm rear 150/15mm front BUT only got ONE. SO I guess that counts as a poor review. Other than that great service, but where is the other set?

ICAN, for whatever reason, modified my order and sent me the wrong sized rim. My two choices are to return it to China at my expense or keep the product. If nothing else they could have at least verified the order. Since it was an offering from their website and not anything custom I'm baffled as to why they changed it.
