ICAN Cycling

I ordered brake pads and per the picture, they were supposed to be black. Instead I received light gray pads and the package was already opened. There is/was no indication that the pads are actually an ICAN product.

I sent you pictures and you still send me the wrong product

Sent the wrong crankset. I ordered the fat bike crankset, but the one they sent isn't wide enough so the gears don't line up and the crank arm contacts the frame.

I've never received the frame product and in the future discourage others from ICAN due to the terrible service I received. I spent a significant time trying to mitigate not receiving my order and I was constantly told not to worry and be patient. I never received my product

You suck! I told them to cancel and refund MT credit card.
