After having purchased something begining of december, a tracking number has been created mid of december, but no progress and no information since then. The carrier (UPS) reports not to have recceived the parcel yet.... Info upon Email: We'll tell you in there is an update. None so far. I have no problem if it takes lang, but I don't like lack of information transparency

This oreder was made on 10 Feb 2024 and at this daye 26 Feb 2024; has not even been delivered. Please make the necessary process to get this delivered faster.

Bike frame is too large for 58cm. Seller would not exchange for a frame that fits.
