Total nonsense, I had an accident and fell on the rear derailleur. The derailleur hanger on my Ican A9 got bent. So far, so good. I ordered a new derailleur hanger for 30 dollars!! Plus 20 dollars shipping!! Unbelievable! Well, then there was an additional 7.50 euros in taxes when picking it up. This time, the package arrived, even after quite some time. When I finally wanted to replace the derailleur hanger, I realized that it was either the wrong one or just poorly made. When you line it up, it fits, but the hole for mounting is in the wrong place. 50 dollars + tax for a piece of aluminum junk. Only after I threatened to open another PayPal dispute did I get my money back. I was stuck with the taxes and still have a bent derailleur hanger. Customer service is just horrendous, or non-existent and rude. The product is absolute garbage.

I anticipated my second purchase from ICAN to be a pleasant experience with a set of AERO 35 wheels but soon after receiving them, I noticed a problem with the rear wheel hub. I contacted ICAN and sent documentation of the problem and a bike shop mechanic evaluation as well. After several attempts to rectify the faulty wheel, the ICAN agent became deflective and reluctant to help me solve the issue. I was offered unreasonable guidance and direction and in the long run ICAN refused to honor my warranty and replace the defective product. My confidence in ICAN has been depleted and would not recommend this product due to the terrible customer service.

400 miles on wheels and spline on free body hub broke off part.

There was miscommunication in the order and they forgot to look at the additional picture for my hub. I looked at my sent items and the picture was attached.. They send a XD free hub that is incompatible with my wheel. Now they are making me pay for the return shipping.
