They always answered my e-mails the same or the next day, but to get a perfect score they should have been telling me any information they had about the delay without me having to write. They probably have a lot of orders that are delayed due to the whole COVID-19 mess, but I just wish that they had contacted me, not just responded to my questions. And when I suggested that they ship the part of my order that they had in stock, they did. I know that the mess that bicycle manufacturing has hammered them, and they were pretty good, but not quite perfect. The product quality was great. If I need wheels or a frame I will look at their offerings first. No doubt about that. I wish I could give them a 4.5

quick delivery, not big choice of sets (I would prefer front 40 mm and rear 50 mm, with the same price - but not available in EU store). No way to get answers to questions on chat.
