Having trouble with headset that was provided.

After having purchased something begining of december, a tracking number has been created mid of december, but no progress and no information since then. The carrier (UPS) reports not to have recceived the parcel yet.... Info upon Email: We'll tell you in there is an update. None so far. I have no problem if it takes lang, but I don't like lack of information transparency

Wheels delivered safely, but a little disappointed with hubs and rim tape was useless.
