Tones
At my age of 68 I am not looking to build muscle but to stay tone. I have the muscle definition I want from years of weight lifting but now I want to stay tone. Resistance training is perfect for me. The Bow gives me a variety of exercises that I can do. The convenience of having it in my living room gives me no excuses for not working out. Living on the top floor in an apartment complex weights are not feasible because of the noise . This was well worth the money. I added the 90 band for presses.
