Loving it
With everything going down with ole Rona, being stuck at home doing the self-gym vibe was rough. I crave variety and get discouraged without a barbell.
The Gorilla Bow has helped bring back some of my old faves: squats, presses and barbell biceps curls - to name only a few. I'm much more consistent on my workouts now that I can start off with more compound exercises and I feel the difference from just using my two 25 lb dumbbells previously.
Some exercises aren't quite as easy to do as the real thing (the squat can be awkward to angle into for a tail guy) but it isnt even enough for me to remove a star for something invaluable like this.
The best part is that it really is easy to put under your bed and tuck out of the way til you need it. No need for storing a bunch of weights and a bar in your closet anymore!
