Shipping took longer than expected

I found the process to return and receive a refund troublesome and time consuming. I wouldn't recommend to a friend buying from the website because of this. Better to find the bindings in a Snowboard store.

Received the snaplocks 12-J1 quickly, but only to find the pin's shown on the reference drawing in the 12-J1 bracket are not included. Cannot find the pins 48-A2 to purchase individually either. Problem not solved so far. Cannot use binding since this one little piece is missing.
