Returns and refund are difficult to get!
I cannot comment on the products as I’ve bought two new sets of Flow bindings at the end of the season along with two sets of hybrid straps, which I have yet to try. HOWEVER, I’d like to comment on the fact that returning a product is difficult if I don’t ensure any follow-up. ALSO, I know that you’ve received my return (as I checked on the FedEx website), but you have yet to submit my refund. Truly, your customer service is either overwhelmed or it’s bad, simply put.
