I cannot comment on the products as I’ve bought two new sets of Flow bindings at the end of the season along with two sets of hybrid straps, which I have yet to try. HOWEVER, I’d like to comment on the fact that returning a product is difficult if I don’t ensure any follow-up. ALSO, I know that you’ve received my return (as I checked on the FedEx website), but you have yet to submit my refund. Truly, your customer service is either overwhelmed or it’s bad, simply put.

There could be more spare parts on to sell!

it's bad not recommendable hopefully you guys address the main issue is the higback lean adjustment !!
