Received a defect kickr bike and had to wait for three weeks to receive another one. On top of that delivery was done without consent at one of the neighbours

Machine caught fire after 5 weeks. Returned to bol.com without feedback yet

3 weeks later after an incomplete package I still don’t have the trainer! Really sad!

I bought a watch, and the next day the watch was €100,- cheaper. So I mailed the customer’s service and I never got a reply. Very unprofessional. The watch itself looks nice. The bracelet looks really cheap.

Part was incorrect and not suitable for my bike / Wahoo configuration.
