Not working, it went to trash immediately

Just an annoying experience. Good product so far but terrible description and even worse manual. Tried to give back some unneccessary accessories, purchased bust because of bad description and not working well at all and felt kind of robbed by return conditions. Many kind and nice words from support bit not helpful at all.

Horrible delivery service. In fact, delivery was never not made. Passive customer service response.

Good shopping service. But I did return the Wahoo bolt 2 because a bug in the software. It took the service department a week to figure out that it was not a user error although I was clear about all the possibilities I tried. And Facebook gave more users with similar problems

Asked if my bike was compatible, customer support answered that i needed a skewer which I ordered. Only that they failed to mention that the skewer is included and comes with the product.
