OLD DO NOT USE

At first, when I call sound like the lady don't want to help or hear about what I need, but I went to the web and I found what I need it, after that they keep me informed about my order, great job on that prospect, 👍

Bought the 13 qt in February, noticed the other day(August) that my hinge had broken on one side. I baby this thing and am not rough on it because I plan to keep it for a long time. Plus, it isn't cheap! I called Engel, hinges are not under the warranty. So, when the white was back in stock I ordered 2 thinking 2 sets. I only got 2 period. No real big deal, just fyi. When you buy a hinge it's a single. Other than that, love it. Can't speak for long term cooling ability.

Not only pretty well made it’s made in the USA. I use it as a lunch box(19qt). It gets dragged from job site to job site and so far no issues. I might add that the reason I purchased this cooler is I’ve noticed that this particular brand seems to be the most popular among the local construction workers. I think that’s a good indicator of its quality.

I got the cooler back in early July for a vacation trip. The backpack cooler was really worth the money, it really helped with freeing up my hands to take other things to the beach and to the pool. with the extra pockets it helped out a lot as well. The one big flaw that i don't like about the cooler is, do not bend over when you have water from ice in the cooler because the zipper does not hold water and yes you will feel it down the back of your neck and back.

Drink cups were great. T shirts were black with black letters so.... you can’t read the writing.
