I recently ordered a few elk calls and when I filled out my billing information I made an error on my address. I was able to email their customer service and because of their prompt response time I was able to change my information in time and they were able to fulfill my order. The extending stabilizer is well made and the quick disconnect makes it easy to get on and off my bow. My only suggestion would be to include installation instructions. Because I already had a my wrist strap attached at the stabilizer hole I had a problem attaching the quick disconnect and the new stabilizer but was able to make it work.
