On top of a massive selection, my bicycle surpassed my expectations. It would be hard to tell it is refurbished. It looks and rides better than brand new bikes I’ve bought. And it arrived very promptly.

Shipping was quick enough; came in 2 boxes. The bike itself was exactly what we were looking for - it looked brand new - couldn't tell it was refurbished. Cannot comment on service - didn't need to ask.
