It was my first time ordering a bike online so I was hoping that I wouldn't have any issues. Everything went as well as it could. The bike I received was in great condition with no damage as it was packaged well. I ordered a dropper post to go along with the bike and that too was packaged well. Shipping time was fast, also very happy with the deals on Black Friday. Overall, I would not hesitate to purchase a bike this way again.
