The process for buying a bike with Cycling Ave was flawless. I had an online consultation to discuss sizing & my cycling needs, then I picked a road bike and within a few days it was delivered. I selected the option to have a mobile bike mechanic come to my home & the bike was assembled in my driveway. The bike arrived was exactly as described online.
