Great and timely delivery

Fast shipping. Ordered on Saturday night and the bike arrived on Tuesday (Quebec to Toronto). The stem's bottom cover and a couple of spacers (made of plastics) came in broken but Cycling Avenue sent me a brand new parts direct from the Manufacturer. And I saw a visible chip in the frame which I did not see on the picture's page of the website maybe caused by the handling of the courier (negligible anyway). Cycling Avenue did not give me more dollar value for my beloved trade-in item (a road bike) but the price of the bike that I bought from them is more than enough to compensate me and even saved me more money. Happy!!!

I ordered a bike helmet and am very pleased with it. I also ordered shoes but they are extremely narrow (sizing only asked for foot length unfortunately). The handlebar mirror I purchased was for rear-facing handlebars, which I didn't understand, so not sure I can use it, but the prices of the shoes and mirror were so good it's not worth the trouble of returning them. Perhaps mentioning on your site that shoes fit narrow feet, for example, would be helpful.
