I came from Vancouver, BC for my Elite Pro. I met the team running Cycleboard in Costa Mesa, and even got some teasers from the product design lead on the way back to my hotel (you can see him cruising Long Beach on the website). Because my trip was disrupted due to the wildfires, the speedometer/throttle sustained permanent damage. But as soon as I let Cycleboard Support know, they shipped a replacement via first class post. The Cycleboard approach, from answering all questions while I did my due diligence, to helping me make my way back to Canada (and Cycleboard here), to their prompt attention, has been first class indeed.

Great product made to last for years and years to come. I weigh about 180lbs my son who is about 40 lbs and my daughter who’s about 60 lbs a total of 280lbs riding in a golf course and this thing move like a beast. I have about 38miles on the odometer and still on my first charge with 2 bar left on the battery mostly ridden on the road and maybe about five miles on the golf course with my kids.
