Very helpful and fast response

I l Iove my cycleboard. It is so much fun to ride. Customer service has been great dealing with my issues.I had a stroke a few years back and couldn't hike anymore. The cycleboard has gotten me out of the house and back on the trails. I out almost 200 miles on in the fist week. Super stable and easy to learn to ride.

Well it's been three weeks now and had a few hick ups but all good now.... Customer service is top notch, they listen to the problem and they react promptly. I would not hesitate if you have any thought in your mind of buying one get the Rover you won't be disappointed
