Love the product...but 6 months to receive a remote. That is unacceptable

Talking to the tech people at Fitnation, they will talk on the phone or email, we were on emails and the chat logs make it so hard to follow the conversation. I had to delete some of it it after so many replies just to be able to read the next reply. Even after I got my replacement system part it’s still acting up, I checked to make sure I didn’t put on the old one too and it’s still skipping numbers. I have no issues with the bike just the control panel that shows off the calories.

Paid for new remote, expected it in a week or so. Never came so followed up with rep. Said he didn’t know when it would ship. 5 months later it arrives. The remote works fine but the timing is not okay.

Didn’t use it.

Horrible communication and resolution when you want to return something that wasn't even supposed to ship. I'd never do business with them strictly due to that.
