Bike shipment took forever to get to me, I got sent the wrong color and the back seat of my bike is missing.

Terrible with no response nor my refund for sending me the wrong item!!!

Actually, I am pretty disappointed with my purchase. I thought I was getting a replacement remote control for my treadmill, and it turns out that the remote does not work with my older model. I was never told that a remote for my model (which I provided the model number) is not available. I should have been told this prior to making this purchase.   Very disappointed!
