Sent wrong color

The tread moves smoothly and quietly, but there is no elevation adjustment, no pause, and no padding. Folds up nicely for storage.Too basic for me but to return it would cost an arm and a leg, so it's under my bed.

I reached out several times via emailto inquire about an out of the box broken digital display and missing washers, but I keep getting the runaround. It's a constant back-and-forth with support and no resolution unfortunately

Shipping took forever, FEDEX destroyed the box and when I finally did get it I was missing parts because there were holes in the box from shipping.
