The purchase was easy and arrived in a few days. The belt was quite expensive and there was no online video support for Gen 1 trainer owners.

The cassette didn’t work well with my sram apex 11 spd setup so I had to purchase a specific sram one for my wahoo kickr.

Two days after I bought from you guys, the item went on sale (20% off).. the response i got from Wahoo was "we dont match stores and you can pay to return the item for a refund", negating most of the savings from the sale. yet I highly doubt that Wahoo didn't know it was going on sale at that store... you try and do the right thing by the company...

Nothing worse than ordering a product, waiting 2 weeks to get it, to find it 20% cheaper a week later. Bitter taste in my mouth.
