I took the time to order a special gift from your site and it was refunded and cancelled for no reason. Until now, Altitude Sports has been exceptional. This is unacceptable.

I placed an order with three items, and I’m shocked that they were separated into three different packages. Even worse, one of the items hasn’t even started processing yet, and there have been no updates for over two weeks now. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

I have requests a return twice now through the Altitude website over 1 weeks ago and I have not had a response. The item I want to return is as described and great quality. Only having my issues with the return.

Not efficient at all. I ordered a pair of boots for my son and had to wait 2 weeks to get them. The customer service pretty disappointing, too. I called them 3 times. They kept on telling me that the package was on its way. However, a day before they were delivered I got a notification the the purchased product was placed by the seller at the drop point. Very confusing to know who was really responsible for the delay.
