Order was NEVER fulfilled

Placed the order nov 28. Was supposed to receive it by dec 3. Didnt get it by then so i reached out at least twice asking where it was. Now its been 2 weeks and i learn that package has been lost. I ask for another shipment but you guys say you cant process it until it gets retuned. I get thats your policy but this is Christmas time, i understood package being lost and delay of 2 weeks but waiting for return packet and then sending it again is pure insanity. And the other solution offered was to get an invoice or whatever and buy again… Worst experience ever and will never be buying from altitude again due to extreme unreliability

Return label still yet to be received

Goods not delievered

Due to the Canada post strike, and after placing more than a dozen orders with you over the last few years, my package was delivered to an old address. This was due to a glitch in the system and also represents a security issue. rather than reimbursing me, my money is held hostage while you wait for the goods to be returned first, even though it is not my fault it was delivered to the wrong place. i now hesitate to place any more online orders
