Your website is very easy to navigate items, see order history, request returns, and contact customers service. But, losing one star for having incorrect pictures and sending me invalid promotion codes sometimes.

I’ve generally found shopping on altitude’s website convenient. Easy to navigate and usually items are described in relevant detail. I appreciate the return policy and member discount. However I live in BC and discovered recently that I’ve been charged the PST on children’s clothing and footwear since 2021. Before that it wasn’t an issue, so I’m not sure what changed. To be fair, once I did notice I was refunded that sales tax for most of those orders. I just ordered something for one of my kids again, and again was charged the PST. I really hope this problem is resolved soon without my having to remind the company every time. Thanks for the chance to give feedback.

Nice site - easy to navigate except the account section - collapsing the return/purchase sections would be a good start. But that is more a nitpick.

They were doing a promo for the membership, with additional discount. I'm looking forward to use the membership on future purchases. I got it to use it to purchase splitboard crampons. After talking to their customer service, they had confirmed the member discount would apply. When I checked again later it doesn't appear to be that way. Still happy with the purchase but wish the customer service information was right about it

Becoming a member allows the opportunity to try on different trail shoes I can’t get at a local store and find some styles to enjoy.
