Fast delivery (2 weeks), bike is descent (for money spent), and mostly concerned about a few things that could be better.

So far everything got resolved everything got installed the proper way I’m just happy that I know what I’m doing installing this bicycle

Shipping was quick on first ebike but took 5 weeks on the second one . Both ordered at the same time. Customer service ETA's were not accurate the first couple times I asked about the status. The it was accurate again.
