Too long to wait for shipping. Also very difficult to speak to someone in customer service for questions. Live my first bike. Still waiting on the second.

I did not receive a back rack for my bike other than that it’s good

Overall the customer service was fine. I’d email and have a respond in a day or two.

Customer service has been great.

While it took over a month for the bike to be shipped the company was quick to respond to my emails. Their hours if you want to call are only 4 hours in the afternoon, Pacific time. I did call once during their hours and recording said to call later!
