Customer service?
I received a set of pods about 3 weeks ago, I have only played with them two times. And the retainer clips and springs completely fell out while running around the field. Never had this happen before, let alone with brand new pods. I'm not a diving player either so it's pretty obviously a manufacturing issue. Reached out to Valken, who I bought direct from, and have got absolutely no reply other than "write us a review" so here it is. I would have rather dealt with the issue in private but my needs were not met, or as far as I know, even heard.
