Valken

I purchased a rifle and it arrived damaged. When I contacted Valken, their solution was, “contact the manufacturer because we do not make that product.” I have never experienced that type of an answer from any reputable retailer. When I contacted the manufacturer, even they were surprised at how Valken handled the situation.

Don’t buy anything from there website. I bought two batteries and one of them came with a dead cell. I’ve emailed several times and still no respond, it’s been well over a month or couple months and still no responds. Save your money!

BAd, no contat about shipping. a month on never received my item.
