Valken

I ordered the Valken SW-1 Blackhawk Foxtrot Rig Upgrade Kit and Valken Blackhawk Whiskey Rig Handguard and paid for expedited next-day shipping. It was shipped regular ground. I verified this with UPS before contacting Valken. I was on hold for over an hour while they tried to figure out why it was shipped wrong. I told the rep that I didn't care as to why, just refund the money I paid for next-day shipping. He still insisted on keeping me on hold so they could "figure out what happened" before he finally refunded my shipping cost. They never figured out what happened nor did I care. Received the items and they didn't come with instructions on how to install them onto my SW1. Found a youtube video that showed how to install the stock but nothing on how to put the Foxtrot Tactical handguard on the barrell. Figured it out and it spins around while in use. I haven't tried attaching the Valken Blackhawk Whiskey Rig Handguard because of the hassle of installing the last one. I consider this purchase a waste of money. I should have purchased only the stock.

I ordered this holster on November 21, 2020. To date, December 12th, it still hasn't arrived. Last order for me.

I would like a return

Had to wait awhile for things, I was charged 2 times for them, plus them made me wait for 5 days, then called me to make shore I placed the order. After that wait 2 days before they shipped things.

Had a defect in the gun still have not received the new one yet and it’s been 3 weeks when I call it goes straight to voicemail
