Woods

I have not purchased a product from Woods. Trying to buy two "Woods Siesta Folding Reclining Padded Camping Chairs-Gun Metal". Received an email from Woods that they are now in stock and to grab them soon. However, when I go online to make the purchase the Gun Metal version of the chair is still noted as "Coming Soon" ,which is at odds with the email I received from Woods. What am I doing wrong?

The product I purchased was a huge waste of money. The parts were poorly made and it has already started to rip and fall apart after only a few uses

I found the tent I wanted, but it wasn't available, so I signed up to be notified when it is. Was notified and went to the site: not available yet. Was informed it would take a day or two to update the site, and that was 2 weeks ago. Now I got an email thanking me for my purchase and asking me to rate it. So, here it is. You have something broken and it's annoying.

After waiting 17 days for my tent, it was sent back to sender from Ohio, I was suppose to get my full refund in three business days and we are now on the fourth business day and still no refund
