It started to disintegrate in the 1st month and wo the receipt I cant return it

I received my tent with a hole it in top of it before I even Used it once. I informed the company and they told me I could send it back. (Don’t get me wrong I love the tent.) and they can replace it but who knows how long that will take. They were willing to send me a replacement canvas but that it had holes in it also. It does not seem fair to buy something that is already destroyed before I even used it. I do recommend the tent, but beware it may have holes in it.

The colour faded badly after 2 washes and the waist band started to rip. I have never seen anything like it. I have provided pictures in earlier emails.
