You sold me a product that you didn't have inventory on... And then it took you more then a week to tell me that you actually didn't even have stock on the item.. And because of this I miss all the other sales that I could have used to purchase the required item...

They called me at 5pm on a Sunday night to discussed my order and that they were cancelling it 3days after being placed due to no stock.. after being transferred departments they told me to call back another day to deal with this because they are closed (since it was after 5pm) however they initiated the call.... then they told me the product was found they had it in hand and confirmed my order will be sent out. Two days later they call me telling me the product is actually damaged and they are cancelling. I missed all the deals for Black Friday, plus no where had any stock in my size left. Manager was rude and did not have any solution for the poor service on their behalf, I Was passed back and forth on the phone all sales representatives were rude

It’s been half a month and my order still not shipped

The National delivery company left the package at the wrong adress. I asked everyone in my neighborhood any no one saw the package. So I paid for something and i didn't get it. What can we do? Thank you for your help

I repurchased a difrent set of skis and got charged bit have not got a comfermation for this order
