I have tried to contact customer service with no luck. I have left three voicemail messages as well as an email with no reply to any. The address on your order is incorrect. I tried to correct as soon as the order confirmation was received. Tracking is no help. It said I will receive my order in a few days. That was on Nov 29!

Tried to add some ski poles to an order the day after ordering. Told I could not because it had already been prepared for shipping. Yet order did not ship for many more days. Website provides no anticipated delivery date. Company does not reply to requests for same. Does not inspire confidence. Will go elsewhere next time.

Disappointing experience buying from them. Bought item online but hours later got an email saying they don’t have it in stock and offered a measly 10% discount on select products. First and last time shopping here.

Still havent received order in mtl from your mtl warehouse and order was placed nov 29/21

I still did not received my items. Don't know what is going on!
