I placed an on line order on Dec 13 2021 for a pair of x-cross country skis which I would pickup. Waited until Dec 15th to get confirmation that order ready for pickup since I didn't get a ready for pickup notice. Then telephoned customer service many times during the day without anyone answering the telephone. Next day I finally got through to Stephane who looked up the order and said its looks weird and he will call me back in 15 minutes. He never called back. Finally I went to the store the next day to speak with customer service who said my skis were sold and they will issue a credit. So here I was left a couple of days before Christmas trying to find cross country skis with the right size for my wife somewhere else. I believe their on line processes are broken and due to high demand just before Christmas they had severe staffing issues and no telephone in customer service support even though I left my return call request messages. Just terrible experience.

I do all of my shopping online and have never had a bad experience yet. However, with this shop, I ordered December 14th., I have heard NOTHING. Well, yes, I did get a shipping tracker that tells me every day I check that shippers are waiting to receive package from supplier. I had hoped to give this as a Christmas gift but that's not happening. I would think that if there is an issue, they would make contact. LN

Still haven't received order that was promised by Dec 14.

I ordered a black pair of ski googles and received a white pair. I contacted costumer service to be able to exchange or return without fees and never received a reply. I had to take the adaptive transport to the store to return them as I am a paraplegic. Not impressed, customer service is definitely not their priority.

I was sent the completely wrong product. I cannot contact anybody via telephone and it’s been a week and no response back to my email
