Kinda disappointed you accepted my money for a snowboard you showed as in stock but didn’t t have it in stock. I only found this out after I had inquired as to the status of my order.

I had bought a pair of snow shoes. One of the snowshoes came without a strap which means I can't use these. I submit a support ticket over a week ago and still have no idea of if I will be getting a replacement

Did not receive my ski’s

Didn't even have the shoes we wanted in stock and we waited weeks before I called and asked where is my shoes? The man tells me we never had them to begin with. Took over 300 dollars of our money and don't have the audacity to refund people or update them ? Horrible 0 starts.
