Was excited to buy the 30oz Yeti, on sale, only to receive an email the next day saying they were unable to fulfill my order and cancelled it.

Ordered two products, never received. Was able to get a refund.

Ordered something you didnt truly had in stock. Lame.

They told me that the Heli Hansen ski pant I bought would be very warm in cold weather and that was not the case. They refused to take back the pant and told me I should buy another insulated underlayer. DO NOT TRUST THE SALES STAFF!

I never received my item! I got an email confirming my purchase and another saying it was shipped and then another from the shipping company but I never received the item!
