I did not have a delivery note for my return and I emailed the sales team for help and my request has been ignored for over 2 weeks so I am left with an unsuitable product 😡

Haven’t even received the item, it’s now well over a week since I ordered and I’ve had to go elsewhere to buy it so that we can use it on holiday!

I ordered the Boy's 'Learn to Swim' Starter Pack but an item was missing from the pack. Contacted the Swimming Shop via the correct channels but 3 weeks later, I’ve had no feedback regarding my incomplete order. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering through the Swimming Shop anymore as poor service.

Both items sent were incorrect size. Cannot talk with anyone, as I wish a full refund. Terrible customer service. The telephone number on website goes to swimming lessons!

The blanket comes in a dark shade of magenta. The picture looks as though it is bright pink, and is therefore misleading.
