Didn’t receive product. Tracking stopped working, been told ‘incorrect address’, even though funnily enough I know my own address, which is correct. Email about tracking not working was ignored despite the quick response on previous emails. Not impressed as these were ordered weeks ago

I ordered my swimming goggles on the 12th of December and they still haven't arrived. I know it's Christmas but you'd have thought they would have arrived by now. Not at all impressed.

It is described as "fully waterproof" and , "dry bag combined with a tow float that will make sure you are seen in the lake or sea.This really useful piece of equipment is great for holding your gear and then easily inflates to float alongside you, not disrupting your swim, but just letting boats and other outdoor enthusiasts know where you are. This is great if you are swimming from one side of a lake to the other and don't want to leave your gear at the water's edge." However when you open parcel it has printed on it NO WATERPROOF. Also there is no info re how big it is. The advert is clearly very misleading, other suppliers have highlighted the not waterproof aspect.

Despite receiving a dispatch note the item was never dispatched as it was out of stock! I even telephoned after 5 days to enquire where the item was to be told the item had been dispatched as one had been found which was simply not true.

I ordered my goods before Christmas and still have no recieved it. I rang and they told me to just wait!! How long do I wait!
