You had my phone number and full address minus post code, surely a simple phone call or a post code code check would have been better then sending the goods without a postcode. So easy.

I have not received the product I have paid for and am not hearing back from customer services despite emailing them to let them know.

Don't get an item and they said your item was delivered

2 weeks and still no email saying it was “dispatched”. Should never have been charged until shipped.

We purchased 2 Noddle Mesh Swimming Pool Chair seats on the 8th September. On delivery 1 broke immediately whilst trying to insert the Noodle. This was reported by email on the 14th September, with photographic evidence to sales@theswimmingshop.com asking for a replacement. We have received no response and no replacement. Subsequently the 2nd chair ripped on its second use and is no longer useable.
