I had to return the item for an exchange as the stock photo on the website didn't reflect the actual colour of the item when it arrived. I was also less than happy at having to pay the return postage costs given it was inaccurately displayed by Swim Shop. The actual product is good but would have preferred a easier transaction. Order No 1000026869. I placed this order on 5th February and still have not received the goods or notice that they are out for delivery. Very disappointed

I need to return my order but no return form was given with my delivery so am unable to do this. I’ve emailed the company but no one has replied. Poor service - can you look into this ASAP?

Arrived m in time, unfortunately they didn’t fit my child. Returned and still awaiting a refund from last month.

I’m still waiting fir my order so at the moment I’m not impressed
