We first learned about TheraGun at our D1 workout facility in Dallas, TX. After several tough workouts the coaches recommended using the TheraGun they had at the facility. It relieves pain and aided in recovery so well, we bought one ourselves. The family, ages 5-45 uses it every night to aid in recovery, and facilitate relaxation to move to rest and sleep faster. Great investment and recovery tool!!

Mobility is very important when you want to perform at your best at any sport! I use TheraGun before and after my workouts and oh man the results are incredible. I can lift, squat heavier with good forms and the best part is not feeling like death the next morning after a brutal workout. It feels amazing being able to keep exercising the next day. I use manual percussive therapies on my patients from time to time, with mixed results. The frequency and amplitude is set at a higher and more effective level than it's competitors, so you can get more done in 3 minutes with this instrument than you can in 15 with others.
