Poorly organized and bad communication. Couldn’t complete order

Your company is the worst, crappy communication, took to long to respond, if you make a mistake and need to exchange a product they charge you for shipping it back, didnt get a tracking number only after I complained about it and it still took 2 days, on the first order didn’t get a tracking or confirmation email even when the product arrived, on the second order didn’t get a confirmation at all, still to this day no fallow up from this company, if it wasn’t for the massager I have I wouldn’t be ordering anything from them, avoid if you can and the one star is only because I couldn’t write a review until I marked it, if it was up to me there would be no stars given

Online ordering and delivery was fine, but when one touts a "100% satisfaction guarantee", that usually means more than 30 days.
