I ordered the product three weeks ago and have heard nothing since. No update on status let alone delivery.

Customer service is terrible and did nothing to help except tell me what the company policy was, no effort to make anything better.

It took 10ndays extra to arrive ans it arrived broken.now I have to wait fornyou to recover it to send me another one. Terrible service.

Product is great … warranty and after purchase support is horrendous.

Where are my items?
