Therabody webpage forbad me to buy the second product using the same discount code, so that I stopped to make the second purchase at Therabody website after having just paid for buying the first product.

Again disappointing experience all around.

I ordered the Theragun Elite as a Christmas gift for my daughter, which was delivered as advertised, very promptly. Unfortunately, the unit that I received has failed to charge up. After three days of trying unsuccessfully, I have given up and am now in the process of returning it for a new unit.

Hello. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the product. Having said that, I felt gutted when I paid full price for my theragun elite only for to go on sale for $150 less than what I paid for it less than 2 weeks after the purchase. It just sucks. I feel completely ripped off. It’s not great to be the little guy I guess.

My Theragun Prime Plus lasted 13 months and only light usage every day of no more than about 20 minutes. At $500, I expect this to last longer and have a much better warranty than just one year. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.
